Sending Proof of Compliance to Clients

Once compliance is completed, proof can be sent to the client in PowerPoint format.

To send proof of compliance:

  • Navigate to the Schedule.

  • Select the schedule's options menu ( Option Icon.png )  and choose Send Proof of Compliance.

  • Select the vendor and date range.

  • Choose the required site(s).

  • Enter the recipient’s email address.

  • Optionally add a custom message.

  • Select the PowerPoint template.

  • Choose Preview to download or Send to email the document.
